We're actively seeking a Physician Team Leader (Pod Leader) to be a key player in our innovative healthcare organization. As a Physician Team Leader, you'll influence clinical performance, collaborate with advanced practice providers, and build a cohesive and collaborative team. If you have experience in Geriatrics, Home Care, or treating complex patients, we invite you to join the team in shaping the future of healthcare delivery.

What You Bring:

Your qualifications and commitment set you apart:

• Education: Hold a Doctorate degree, with a valid Medical Doctor (MD) license/certification in Texas (TX).
• Licensure/Certifications: Possess any of the following: Board Eligible or Board Certified status, a valid Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certification, and any other relevant licenses/certifications.
• Experience: Demonstrate a minimum of 3+ years' experience in Home Care, Geriatric/LTC, Urgent Care, or Chronic Illnesses.
• Leadership Skills: Your experience leading and partnering with Nurse Practitioners (NPs) showcases your ability to guide and support fellow medical professionals.
• Field Comfort: Your willingness to travel to patients' homes and treat them in their familiar environment demonstrates your patient-centered approach.
• US Citizenship: Your citizenship status meets the requirements for this role.

As a Physician Team Leader, your role encompasses:

• Leading and collaborating with advanced practice providers to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Supporting NPs with high-risk patient cases, fostering professional growth.
• Treating patients in their homes or assisted living, providing compassionate and personalized care.
• Partnering with a Certified Medical Assistant for effective patient care.
