About Us:

Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurses (RN). As part of a nursing team, you'll play a crucial role in coordinating patient care, ensuring compliance with standards of practice, and delivering quality healthcare services. What You Bring:

Your qualifications and commitment set you apart:

• Education: Possess an Associate's degree or higher in nursing from an accredited college or university (ACEN or CNE).
• Licensure/Certifications: Hold a valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license/certification in any state. Possess a current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS) Healthcare Provider certification, along with expertise in IV, medications, and blood administration.
• Experience: Demonstrate at least one year of post-graduation RN experience within the past two years, with a minimum of two years' experience for the Operating Room.
• Skills: Your ability to make patient care assignments based on scope of practice and skill level, along with your adeptness at recognizing adverse signs and symptoms and responding to emergencies, showcases your excellence as a nurse.

Your Role:

As a member of the nursing team, your contributions will include:

• Coordinating patient care in collaboration with healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Ensuring compliance with established policies, procedures, and guidelines for quality care.
• Providing health promotions, counseling, and education to patients.
• Administering medications, wound care, and other personalized interventions.
• Directing and supervising care provided by other healthcare professionals.
• Utilizing your assessment skills to perform triage and evaluate patient progress.
• Participating in group medical appointments to enhance patient education and support.
